Hello everybody, and welcome to John Cabot Academy's Monster Project.

Here you will see the developing stages of the animation idea that was created by the following students: Bonnie, Cait, Laura, Will, Jack and Matt and will be made with a variety of companies in relation to the Sharp Shotz Animation Competition, University of the West of England, and Aardman Animations.

The story is that of an average student called Joe, who finds himself in the struggles and affect of what happens when you drink over your limit with some monstrous results!

I will be uploading the story board, animatic, character designs and so forth here for the students approval and if there are any comments to make, feel free to add. The deadline for this project is the end of June 2010. Lets make is a prize to remember!

The Tropics Draw Their Monster...

Hi everybody, and welcome to John Cabot's Monster Project, in association with Sharp Shots, UWE and Aardman, Sorry for delay in posting, but personal life has been getting ahead of my work, but from now it all speeds up!

Here is just a sample of some of the terrifying monsters that the Tropics have thought about and designed for their monster, which has inspired me to start designing the other characters.
